I have many years experience in this wonderful art, and love to share my knowledge, and inspire others to become as passionate about this fascinating art as myself !
I take my responsibility as an instructor very seriously, and constantly strive to improve my understanding and ability so that I may pass on the best knowledge possible.
I teach the art in a way that is relevant to the present day, and my goal is to make it enjoyable as well as practical and effective.
The Richmond branch of Kamon Wing Chun has classes every Tuesday evening from 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm in the upstairs hall at St. Luke's. in the Avenue.
The class is suitable for age 14 upwards and any level of experience is welcome, from beginner to advanced.
We cover many different areas including the traditional forms, partner drills, chi sau, self defence scenario's, clinchwork, throws/takedowns, padwork, sparring etc.
It is a safe and friendly training environment where you can come along, improve fitness and learn a new skill that can enhance many areas of your life.
